Choose email for general questions. If you can sign in, a workspace support request keeps replies and status in one private thread.
Choose the support channel that fits.
For billing questions, include the workspace name and Paddle transaction or subscription reference if available. Do not send full card or bank details.
Give us enough context to reproduce the issue.
Protect your credentials. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, session cookies, private keys, payment-card data or unnecessary personal data. Redact sensitive fields before attaching screenshots or logs.
For MCP or connector help.
Start with the Remote MCP Guide. If the connection still fails, tell us which client you use, whether the failure occurs during OAuth connection or a tool call, the tool name, the approximate time and the exact redacted error.
Do not email an authorization code, access token, refresh token, client secret or a configuration file that contains credentials. We will never ask for your Sitelemetry password.
Report a potential security issue safely.
These instructions do not grant permission to test any system. Test only assets you own or are expressly authorized to assess, and stay within that authorization.
Email support@sitelemetry.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected URL or component, potential impact, minimal reproduction steps, approximate discovery time and your preferred contact details. Our machine-readable contact is also published in security.txt.
Keep the report and verification safe
- Use the minimum number of requests and the least data needed to demonstrate the issue.
- Do not disrupt service, use denial-of-service techniques, social engineering, phishing, malware, automated credential attacks or destructive testing.
- Do not access, change, delete, download or retain another person’s or customer’s data. Stop immediately if you encounter it.
- Do not place secrets or sensitive evidence in the initial email. Send a short, redacted summary and request a secure transfer method before sharing sensitive evidence.
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before making details public. This page does not promise a bounty, reward or specific response deadline.
