This English version and the Turkish version describe the same agreement. If they conflict, the Turkish version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Provider and acceptance
Sitelemetry is operated by EGENİL TELEFERİK MÜHENDİSLİK TEKNİK İŞLETME DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at Cumhuriyet Mah. 1227 Sk. No: 11, Altınordu, Ordu, Türkiye ("Sitelemetry", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, starting an audit, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use Sitelemetry for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Sitelemetry service
Sitelemetry is a defensive web intelligence platform. Depending on the selected plan and configuration, it may analyze security posture, exposed services, technical SEO, accessibility, performance, integrations and AI-search visibility, then produce evidence, scores, prioritized findings and remediation guidance.
No audit is a guarantee. Results reflect the target, methods, data sources and time of observation. A clean report does not prove that a system is vulnerability-free, compliant or immune from attack.
You remain responsible for validating findings, testing changes safely, maintaining backups and deciding whether remediation is appropriate for your environment.
Accounts and workspace administration
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly notify us of suspected compromise. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, roles, targets and activity performed by their members. Accounts may not be shared outside the licensed workspace.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and at least 18 years old. The service is not directed to children.
Plans, renewals and Paddle
Paid plans, billing periods, included usage and current prices are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Taxes and the final amount are shown before purchase.
Paddle.com is our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes orders and payment-related buyer support and administers transaction returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle buyer terms presented at checkout.
You authorize Paddle to charge the selected payment method for renewals. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy.
We may change plans or prices prospectively. We will provide notice when required and changes do not alter an already-paid billing period.
Customer data, reports and confidentiality
You retain rights in target information, configurations and content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited right to process Customer Data only to provide, secure, support and improve the service, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring Customer Data is lawful and does not include unnecessary secrets or personal data. We treat non-public Customer Data as confidential and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Reports are licensed for your internal business use and may be shared with advisers, clients or authorities where you have a lawful basis and preserve any applicable confidentiality.
Third-party services and integrations
Sitelemetry may connect to services such as Google APIs, Paddle and external security engines. Their availability and use may be subject to separate terms. You authorize us to exchange the minimum data needed for the integration you enable.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we will not knowingly use an integration to expand your permissions or access unrelated data.
Intellectual property and feedback
Sitelemetry, its software, interface, scoring methods, documentation and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service during your subscription.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create a competing service from protected parts of Sitelemetry, except where applicable law expressly permits. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.
Availability and service changes
We work to keep Sitelemetry available and reliable, but maintenance, provider failures, target restrictions and security events may interrupt service. Features that depend on external engines or APIs are available only while those systems are reachable and permitted.
We may modify or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law or evolve the product. For a material reduction to a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unauthorized testing, abuse or legal necessity. Where the issue can be cured, we will normally provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive. You may request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or complete detection of vulnerabilities.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, where such exclusion is lawful. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For commercial disputes, Ordu courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules.
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change and material updates will be communicated through the service or email where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance, unless law requires separate consent.
